A Mother's Prayer

Abundant Life Ranch has been operating from temporary facilities with only Day Sessions for about four years now. I began to work with a young woman named Esther about two years ago. Esther just got married a few months back and is doing very well. But that wasn't always the case. Her parents have worked with me and have been very supportive in their role in her healing but it has been difficult without a way for her to receive the intense mentoring that a residential home would and could have provided. Her parents Sally and Neut have been some of our greatest prayer warriors as they themselves have experienced first hand, the trauma and heartache of having your daughter go through this type of crisis which left them at times feeling hopeless and helpless. Thank you Lord for the healing you have given Esther and her family.

Here is a note I received from her recently showing her heart for these young women in crisis.

Lord God, Whose heart bleeds for these myriads of hopeless, helpless girls crying out as they once again harm their broken bodies, release a place for Abundant Life Ranch! You own the cattle on a thousand hills -as well as the hills. Release the place for Abundant Life Ranch. We pray this place of healing, wholeness and abundant life into existance NOW! In Jesus Name.
