Jerry Purviance


Jerry Purviance brings more than twenty five years of for-profit and not-for-profit business expertise and Christian leadership and counseling experience to the Board of Abundant Life
Ranch™. He holds a Masters degree in Biblical Counseling and has been active in teaching young adults and singles for more than twenty five years. Additionally, He has accumulated more than fifteen years of business experience in sales, service, marketing and manufacturing. He has been an on staff Pastor for ten years and been in higher education-college level administration and teaching for sixteen years. He recently retired as the Dean of Students at Calvary Bible College and is the Owner/Director of a private counseling practice for more than eight years. Jerry is also a professional conference speaker. Jerry and his wife have been married for over thirty years and have two adult children. Jerry is President of the Abundant Life Ranch.

 


Elaine Hart     Elaine11


Elaine Hart is in her eighteenth year directing the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders. One of the nation’s top authorities for women and young girls in the areas of leadership, professional dance, and cheerleading, She has produced televised cheer and dance championships and has authored numerous dance, cheer and leadership books including a best seller. Former motivational speaker and professional cheerleader, Elaine serves the Chiefs by training  the cheerleaders and youth program participants with a unique focus on personal standards, morals, and being role models within the Kansas City community. She is a former twenty year employee and Chief Executive Officer of the not-for-profit International Cheerleading Foundation, Vice President with the National Cheerleaders Association, and Director of the NFL/NBA National Jr. Pro Cheerleaders. Elaine is currently the director of Hartbeat™ Productions, a conference program focusing on empowering and improving young women's lives through a curriculum based on how to think, look, act, and perform in all aspects of life. Elaine has also served for eleven years on the board of directors for Heart of America Prison Ministries. She is Vice-President of the Abundant Life Ranch.


    

Brian Flynn


Brian Flynn grew up training horses and has extensive experience and certification in natural horsemanship.His love of horses combined with a deep passion for helping people reach their full potential is a great asset to Abundant Life Ranch™. Brian spent six years in the medical branch of the United States Army as a pharmacy technician and was the non commissioned officer in charge of the pharmacy at Brook Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, TX.


Upon completion of his military service, Brian served six years as Fire Marshal for the city of Kansas City, MO where he developed the free smoke detector program and wrote curriculum for fire safety programs taught in public schools. In addition he has six years experience in business management and more than twenty years experience in commercial and residential construction He is also an accomplished plumber, holds a Masters License as an Electrician  The Flynn’s have been married for twenty-two years and have two children.

 

 

Jeff Gay   Jeffhead


Jeff Gay is a small business owner with thirty-five years experience in various business environments including corporate chains as well as small family owned businesses, as well as his own company specializing in property maintenance. He has held positions as store manager, supervisor, office manager, bookkeeper, and business owner. Every position has required him to work with numbers and money and to be accountable for said monies. He is familiar with all phases of business operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll functions, personnel management, governmental compliance, and tax filings. Jeff has served nine years on the Board of HEART of America Prison Ministries (presently as President), two years as Vice-President of Heartland Bookstore,  two years on the Board of Directors of The Food Center (Warrensburg, MO), four years as Director of Operations of HEART Publishing, five years as Editor of HEART of America Prison Ministries Newsletter, four years as President of Warrensburg Youth Services, Inc. He is an ordained minister through Rose Ministries. Jeff has also been active in his community and church as a volunteer tutor, Food Center volunteer, church youth leader, and Sunday school teacher. Jeff is Treasurer/Parliamentarian of the Abundant Life Ranch.



Nanette Flynn    Nanette21  


Nanette Flynn is a former award-winning school teacher of fourteen years excelling in child training and development. Her primary focus has been curriculum development and implementation, along with helping parents and teachers build responsibility and accountability in children and themselves. To supplement her work in this area, she created a children’s accountability curriculum which she has taught within school districts and at the national conference level. Nanette also serves in an operational and support role by helping build performance dance teams and owns a small business called Seams Impossible™, a company that designs and produces attire for high school through professional level dance and cheer teams.

For many years Nanette struggled with a life-threatening eating disorder going from treatment to treatment without success until applying the principles now taught at Abundant Life Ranch™. She has been fully restored and is currently a highly sought after lecturer, specializing in overcoming eating disorders and other destructive mindsets. Nanette is currently the Assistant Director of Hartbeat™ Productions which directs the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders and coordinates youth programs for the Kansas City Chiefs organization. She serves as the Director of Abundant Life Ranch.
